The Oakwheel is a traditional family run inn located in the village of Burniston, just 4 miles north of Scarborough and 16 miles south of Whitby. The Oakwheel Inn offers 5 ensuite guest rooms, all ensuite and all with wall mounted LCD TV/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, radio/alarm, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and WiFi internet access (BT Open Zone chargeable).

As you’s expect, the inn has a friendly local bar, well stocked with a selection of real ales Tetleys, John Smiths and Black Sheep. Guests can also enjoy homecooked bar meals using fresh local produce were possible including fresh fish dishes, homemade steak pie and a selection of Steaks. The inn is traditionally furnished complete with open log fire for the winter and patio area for the summer. Car parking is also available.
